Solution Conference
The Solution Conference connects portfolio priority with the capacity provided by Solution Areas. It creates one shared Solution Roadmap for several ARTs, shared services and external partners.
Purpose
A planning conversation above ART level.
The conference uses prepared portfolio inputs, solution vision, architecture, infrastructure and Solution Area capacity to align upcoming work across the Solution Train.

Portfolio canvas, guardrails, roadmap and epics.
Solution frame
Solution vision, current roadmap and cross-ART context.
Roadmap frame
Solution Roadmap, Solution Area Boards, ART structure and update cycles.
Agenda
Five agenda blocks shape the roadmap.
Vision statements
Business, solution, collaboration, architecture, infrastructure and DevOps context.
Initial board
Solution Area breakouts and first draft roadmap review.
Alignment adjustment
Check-ins, management review and updated planning guardrails.
Organize around value
Solution Area and ART structure plus collaboration and roadmap update cycles.
Final alignment
Final plan review, risk work, confidence vote and retrospective.
