Conference Guide · Chapter 05

Solution Conference

The Solution Conference connects portfolio priority with the capacity provided by Solution Areas. It creates one shared Solution Roadmap for several ARTs, shared services and external partners.

Purpose

A planning conversation above ART level.

The conference uses prepared portfolio inputs, solution vision, architecture, infrastructure and Solution Area capacity to align upcoming work across the Solution Train.

Preparation questions

What should be decided, who must join, and what must be prepared?

The deck frames preparation around those three questions so the conference becomes a working session rather than a stakeholder update.
